What we need to know before we can arrange your collection…
- The quantity and type of IT equipment you would like collecting. We love pictures but lists are also fine. This will enable us to establish if there is a charge for the collection, and help us to allocate the most appropriate transport.
- Are there any hazardous items? If so, our licences may prevent us from collecting.
- Your opening times and the name of someone who we can liaise with when we arrive. And yes, we will arrange a mutually convenient data and time beforehand, so you know exactly when we will be collecting from you.
- Please note that we do not accept excessive packaging, as this is labour-intensive and costly to process.
